Save money with a website for your California Condo or HOA
Thanks to new Civil Code Section 4045(a)(5) added in 2022

Summary

How much does one mailer cost your association? Between printing, postage, and labor to stuff envelopes, a single mailer can cost hundreds of dollars.

It is now finally possible to reduce some of those costly mailers to your association, and instead post the content to your condo association's Internet Website! New Civil Code Section 4045(a)(5), added in 2022, allows condo associations to use their websites for general notices so long as it is stated in your Annual Policy Statement.

A website for your California condominium association or homeowner association, powered by CondoSites (yes, we serve HOAs too), is a valuable and effective tool to provide communication, resources, information, and education for the association. It's a 24/7 resource that's available globally, and now it can even save your association money. Additionally, more of your owners and renters are coming to expect these tools – saving them from having to call/email management or volunteer board members.
